Stacey Scherzer
Founder, Certified Instructor
Stacey retired from a distinguished career at the Guilford County Department of Social Services, where she gained extensive expertise in public service programs, including Medicaid, SNAP, Daycare, TANF, and Program Integrity. With over 15 years of experience in training and supervision at DSS, she honed a talent for clear, effective instruction tailored to diverse audiences.
With more than 30 years of delivering exceptional customer service, Stacey has worked with individuals from all walks of life, handling a wide variety of situations with professionalism and care. Six years ago, she transitioned into CPR and first aid training with the American Red Cross, initially as an employee instructor before launching her own training company. Stacey is certified and experienced in teaching Adult & Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED, Babysitting, and Basic Life Support. She offers instruction for individuals as well as on-site training for businesses.
In 2024, Stacey received a Certificate of Recognition from the Red Cross Piedmont Triad Chapter for a life-saving impact: a student she trained successfully used her skills to save a coworker. This honor embodies Stacey's commitment to empowering others with the skills they need to save lives and make a difference in their communities.
