Our Classes

Individual Classes

Individual classes are designed for those who are seeking First Aid, CPR, and AED training outside of an organization or workplace. A minimum of three students is required for each class. If a class is canceled due to lack of participation, students will receive 72 hour notice and the opportunity to reschedule or receive a refund.

American Red Cross Adult First Aid/CPR/AED R21

This course equips students to recognize and care for a variety of first aid, breathing, and cardiac emergencies involving adults, children, & infants. It is designed for students who need a certification that satisfies OSHA workplace or other regulatory requirements. Upon successful completion a valid 2 year digital certificate for Adult First Aid/CPR/AED is issued.

Workplace & Organization Safety Training Programs

Workplace & Organization Safety Programs are designed for corporate groups, small business groups, and community organizations to learn First Aid/CPR/AED either onsite or at an offsite location. A minimum of six students is required for each training class. Please contact us to book!

American Red Cross Bloodborne Pathogens

Designed for those who are at risk for on the job exposure to blood and other bodily fluids in the workplace. The course teaches staff how bloodborne pathogens are spread how to avoid exposure and what to do if exposed to infectious material. This course is one of the requirements of the OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Standard. After taking this course students should talk with their employer about their workplace’s specific policies and procedures. Those who complete the training receive a Bloodborne Pathogens Training certification valid for one year. 

American Red Cross Skill Boost: Anaphylaxis and Epinephrine Auto-Injector Administration

This 45-minute skill boost module provides individuals the knowledge and skills necessary to recognize anaphylaxis and give care for a person experiencing anaphylactic shock by administering medication until advanced EMS personnel arrive and begin their care of the person.

American Red Cross Skill Boost: Asthma and Quick-Relief Medication Administration

This 45-minute skill boost module provides individuals the knowledge and skills necessary to recognize an asthma attack and give care for a person experiencing an attack by administering medication until advanced EMS personnel arrive and begin their care of the person. This module includes the demonstration of, and skill practice session and assessment scenario for, administering quick-relief medication using an inhaler with a spacer. In addition, optional content is available for administering quick-relief medication using a nebulizer device.

American Red Cross Skill Boost: Opioid Overdose and Naloxone Administration

This 45-minute skill boost helps individuals recognize an opioid overdose and trains them how to administer naloxone via the nose (nasal spray or nasal atomizer). For this skill boost, if participants are not certified in CPR, they must complete skill practice in compression-only CPR for this skill boost.
